How do I choose the right product for my child?
Finding the perfect product for your child is a simple 4-step process: 1. To choose the right pajamas for your child, you should first determine your child's developmental stage. Is your baby still in the newborn swaddling stage? Choose one of our Swaddle Up™ products. If your child shows signs of trying to roll over, choose one of our transition bags/suits. If your child is already mobile and moving, our sleeping bags and pajamas are the right thing for you. 2. Once you have determined the correct developmental stage, you need to determine the room temperature of the room where your child sleeps. You can use this temperature to select the correct TOG value and the correct fabric quality. 3. Choose from a range of fabrics, patterns and colors. 4. Choose your child's greeting.
What is a TOG value?
At Love to Dream, we believe that the easiest way to properly dress your baby is to follow the room temperature. That's why we use the industry-recognized TOG system. TOG stands for "Thermal Overall Grade" - a globally recognized measure for determining the thermal insulation of fabrics. It helps make it easier to choose the right sleepwear for your baby. What is the 3-stage sleep system?
Our 3-stage Safe Sleep System™ is designed to support your child's sleep routine from newborn to four years old. Stage 1 Newborn & Swaddle = Swaddle Up™. Recommended from birth. Stage 2 First attempts at turning = Transition Bags and Suits. Recommended for 3-12 months. Stage 3 On the move = sleeping bags and suits. Recommended for 6 months to 4 years.
