Countries We Deliver To & Carriers

  • Germany, France and the rest of Europe (including Austria): delivered by DPD
  • Italy and Spain: delivered by DHL / Deutsche Post


Order Confirmation & Dispatch Times

  • Order confirmation: Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details within 5 minutes.
  • Dispatch times – standard delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link, so you can follow your parcel at any time.
