What do you charge for shipping? And how long will I have to wait for my order?
We do not charge delivery costs for orders worth more than €55. For orders under 55€ we charge a flat rate of 4.95€ for all domestic deliveries.

What happens after I place my order?
Within 5 minutes you will receive an email with your order confirmation and details. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number. Your order will be delivered within 2-5 business days depending on the country.
Typical shipping times after shipping from warehouse are as follows:
- Germany: Within 1-2 working days
- France: Within 3-4 working days
- Italy: Within 3-4 working days
- Spain: Within 4-5 working days
