Why does Love To Dream collect™ personal data?

Where does Love To Dream get personal data from?

Apart from the data shared with Google Analytics, social media interfaces and cookies as described above, we may share data with affiliates within our group of companies or with trusted third parties (including those mentioned below) where this is necessary for the provision of services on our behalf or for any of the purposes set out above is required. 

Examples of third party service providers include:

  1. Commerce platform: Platform for eCommerce websites, mainly Drupal Commerce;
  2. IT service providers: who support our website and business systems, in particular Workato, NetSuite, Freshdesk, & Patchworks;

  1. Logistics & Carriers: primarily postal delivery service providers, AusPost for Australia, Royal Mail for the United Kingdom;
  2. Rating platform: Platform for the marketing of user-generated content, especially Yotpo;

VI.E-mail support: Marketing and communication platforms for surveys or electronic marketing messages from us, in particular DotDigital, MailChimp

VII. AirRobe: Marketplace for used clothing (we only share your data with AirRobe if you give your consent).

VIII. Rakuten Advertising: Affiliate Partner - Digital Marketing/Targeting

  1. Klaviyo: Email and SMS platform (we only share your data with Klaviyo if you give your consent).

Where will Love To Dream™ store your personal data? 

As part of our normal business practices, we may transfer your personal data to organizations located in countries that have not been granted an adequacy decision under the General Data Protection Regulation.

When transferring data between Love To Dream's own locations (or between a group of companies carrying out a common economic activity), we will comply with Binding Corporate Rules (BCR) that apply to all affected member organizations.

These BCRs are intended to ensure that each party with whom we share your personal data adheres to a similar standard of data protection.

How long will Love To Dream™ keep your personal data?
