Welcome to the Love To Dream website (Website), at Love To Dream Ltd, a limited liability company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 13120272 with registered office at Great Queen Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2B 5AH, email address customercare.de@lovetodream.com, VAT number: UK 371 4059 07 (Love To Dream™, we, us, our) distributes its products (goods). These general conditions of sale apply for any contract between Love To Dream and you (the customer) to purchase goods from Love To Dream on our website. If you do not agree to be bound by our general conditions of sale, please do not place any orders through our website. Your general terms and conditions do not apply even if we have not expressly objected to them.
To purchase goods on our website, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Conclusion of contract
The description of the goods on our website does not constitute an offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The ordering process is described on the website. Before you complete your order, all of the goods you have selected will be displayed in an order overview for review. By pressing the order button in the order overview, you place your order and thus a legally binding offer to purchase the goods. Each step allows you to check any errors and correct them before placing your order by returning to the previous page or by clicking the button provided in the order overview. 
We will confirm receipt of the order immediately by email. Once an order has been submitted on the Website, we may refuse it for any reason and we will attempt to notify you of the reasons promptly.
The purchase contract is only concluded when you receive an email from us confirming acceptance of your order. 
The purchase contract can be concluded in English or German. The contract text will be saved by us after the contract has been concluded, but will then no longer be accessible to you. However, the contents of the contract are reflected in the contract confirmation we send; We therefore recommend that you keep these for future reference. In addition, the general terms and conditions of sale in their currently valid version remain available in the online shop. 
Prices 
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include the respective statutory sales tax in Germany. The prices listed do not include freight, delivery and shipping costs, which are shown and calculated separately. 
We will at all times use our best endeavors to ensure that the prices on the website are correct at all times. The prices displayed on the website are current only at the relevant time and we reserve the right reserves the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice with effect for the future. Please note that we do not offer a price guarantee or refund in the event of a subsequent price reduction or promotional offer. 
Payment
We accept payments by credit and debit cards, including MasterCard or Visa, as well as payments via PayPal and Stripe. All credit cards and payments managed by external providers comply with PCI-DSS standards. No credit card information is stored by or on our website. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and/or our third-party credit card processor to charge your card for the applicable purchase. The contract with your card issuer governs the use of your allocated card and your rights and obligations as a cardholder arise from that contract and not from these general terms and conditions of sale. You may not use a credit card or other payment method unless you have all necessary rights to do so.
Retention of title 
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received. You are obliged to look after the goods carefully for the duration of the retention of title treat.
Legal right of withdrawal 
You have the right to revoke the contract without giving reasons in accordance with the following regulations:
- If you have ordered one or more goods and they are delivered in one shipment, the cancellation policy in section 1 of the appendix "ÄûInformation about the right of withdrawal‚Äú. applies
- If you have ordered several goods and they are delivered separately, the cancellation policy in section 2 of the appendix "Information about the right of cancellation" applies.
Returns & Exchange 
We want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase on our website. Therefore, without limiting your statutory right of withdrawal as set out above, you may be entitled to return the goods in accordance with our Returns & Exchange return or exchange. If your purchase falls within the rules of this policy, we will refund you the cost of your purchase. The freight costs for the returned goods are the only costs you will incur.
If you prefer to exchange the goods rather than receive a refund, a replacement will be sent to you free of charge.
For goods purchased more than 30 days ago, we will only consider a refund if an item is defective or is returned unused in its original, undamaged packaging with proof of purchase and in a sellable condition. Opened, worn, dirty or damaged goods without the original packaging will be returned to the buyer. Once we have received the returned goods and they have been inspected by us, a refund can be made. Your rights in the event of defects
Love To Dream‚Ñ¢ takes great pride in delivering quality goods. In the event of defects, you have statutory claims for defects. For claims for damages, the section “Liability and compensation” below applies.¬†
Liability and compensation
Our liability for damages due to simple negligence, regardless of the legal basis, is limited as follows: 
- We are liable for breach of essential obligations arising from the contract of obligation in the amount limited to the contract-typical, foreseeable damages; 
- We are not liable for simple negligence in any other way.
The aforementioned liability limitations do not apply in cases of mandatory legal liability, in particular under the Product Liability Act, or in cases of culpably caused injury to life, body or health. Furthermore, they do not apply if and to the extent that we have accepted a guarantee.
The aforementioned liability limitations apply accordingly to our liability for wasted expenses. 
Gift vouchers
Gift Certificates are valid for three (3) years from the end of the year in which the Gift Certificate was purchased and must be redeemed before the expiration date and cannot be extended. The gift vouchers will be sent directly to the email address you provided.
Use of goods
It is important that any goods purchased from Love To Dream‚Ñ¢ are used only in the manner for which they are intended. Please read carefully the instructions on the packaging in which the goods are delivered. Goods purchased from Love To Dream‚Ñ¢ must not be altered in any way from the condition in which they were delivered.

The European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (OS platform), which is available at  www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr can be accessed. However, we are not willing or obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Applicable law
Purchase contracts, including these general terms and conditions of sale, are subject to German law. The courts of Frankfurt am Main have jurisdiction for all claims arising from or in connection with the purchase agreement, including these general terms and conditions of sale. However, you can also sue in the courts of your place of residence.
General
If any provision of the Sales Agreement, including these general conditions of sale, is unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
