This giveaway is open to adults who are legal residents of the following countries:

  • Germany

Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees of Love to Dream™, Ergobaby®, their affiliated companies and agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to enter

To enter the giveaway, entrants must, during the entry period:

  • visit the official giveaway landing page promoted by Love to Dream™ and Ergobaby®; and
  • fully complete and submit the entry form.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Entry into the giveaway requires entrants to agree to receive marketing communications from Love to Dream™ and Ergobaby®. Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

One (1) winner will be selected from each participating region, five (5) winners in total.

The total prize value may vary by region due to conversion into local currency and local retail prices.

General prize conditions

  • Prizes are region-specific and will only be shipped within the winner’s country of residence.
  • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted.
  • Prizes are non-transferable.
  • Ergobaby® is responsible for fulfilling and shipping the carrier and bouncer prizes.
  • Love to Dream™ is responsible for issuing the Love to Dream™ gift card.
  • Prizes are expected to be shipped within 30 business days of winner confirmation.

Winner selection and notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from each participating region from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the giveaway closing.

If a selected winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to redraw the prize.

The Organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Canada only

In accordance with Canadian law, the selected Canadian winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being awarded the prize.

Data, privacy & marketing

By entering, entrants agree:

  • to receive marketing communications from Love to Dream™ and Ergobaby®; and
  • that the details provided on entry will be shared with Love to Dream™ and Ergobaby® to run the giveaway and provide marketing communications.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable privacy policies of Love to Dream™ and Ergobaby®.

Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

General terms

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok or any other social media platform.

By entering, entrants release Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok and all other social media platforms from any responsibility or liability in connection with this giveaway.

The Organiser reserves the right to verify entries, to disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process or breach these terms, and to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.

The Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value where necessary.

2. Gift Card

By purchasing or using a Love to Dream™ gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Purchase & redemption

  • Love to Dream™ gift cards are available for purchase online at lovetodream.eu/en/.
  • Gift cards can only be redeemed on the Love to Dream™ website and cannot be used in physical retail stores or on other websites.
  • Each gift card is issued with a unique code that must be entered at checkout to redeem its value.

Delivery

  • Gift cards are delivered by email to the purchaser or the designated recipient’s email address upon completion of the purchase.

Expiry

  • Love to Dream™ gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.

Balance & usage

  • The gift card balance can be applied to the total cost of purchases, including taxes and shipping.
  • If the total purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
  • Gift cards can be used in conjunction with valid discount codes or promotional offers.

Refunds & returns

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
  • Items purchased with a gift card can be returned or exchanged according to the Love to Dream™ standard returns policy. Refunds for such returns will be credited back to the gift card balance.

Lost or stolen gift cards

  • If a gift card is lost or stolen, the purchaser must contact the Love to Dream™ Customer Care team with proof of purchase to request a reissue.

Multiple gift cards

  • Multiple gift cards can be purchased in a single transaction. Each gift card will have its own unique code.

Restrictions

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
  • Love to Dream™ gift cards are intended for personal use and cannot be resold or used for unauthorised commercial purposes.

General

  • Love to Dream™ reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Misuse of gift cards or violation of these terms may result in cancellation of the gift card without a refund.

3. Ongoing Offers

Bundles

Bundle offers are available at lovetodream.eu/en/collections/bundles.

Participation & exclusions

  • The bundle discount applies when all products included in the bundle offer are purchased in a single order.
  • Bundle offers cannot be combined with other promotions. If another offer or promo code is applied to the cart, the promotion with the higher discount will be applied automatically.
  • All savings stated are calculated against the recommended retail price (RRP).
  • Discounts may be changed or removed at any time.

10% discount for new newsletter subscribers

This offer is available on an ongoing basis for first-time subscribers to the Love to Dream™ newsletter. New subscribers will receive a 10% discount code by email, valid only on full-price items on the Love to Dream™ website.

The discount code is valid until the date stated in the email and must be entered manually at checkout. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or bundle offers.

One Piece Rompers and gift cards are excluded. The discount is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, in whole or in part, for cash.

Customers who subscribe during a promotional period will not receive a 10% discount code. Instead, they will benefit from the offer or promotion valid at the time of sign-up.

By subscribing to the Love to Dream™ newsletter, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Birthday & anniversary discount

This offer is available on an ongoing basis to Love to Dream™ newsletter subscribers who have provided their date of birth or have been subscribed to the newsletter for more than one year. Subscribers will receive a discount code by email, redeemable on full-price items on the Love to Dream™ website when a minimum order value is met.

The discount code is valid for 14 days and expires on the date stated in the email. The code must be entered manually at checkout. It cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, bundles or gift cards.

Non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.

Promotional period

The promotion runs every month, beginning on the first calendar day of the month at 12:01am and ending on the last calendar day of the same month at 11:59pm (CET/CEST).

Eligibility

Participation is open to persons aged 18 or over residing in Germany, France, Spain or Italy. Employees of the organiser and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to participate

Participation is by submitting a genuine and valid product review on the Love to Dream™ website during the relevant promotional period. Each participant may submit a maximum of five (5) entries per month.

Prize

Each month, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries from Germany, France, Spain and Italy combined.

The prize is a Love to Dream™ gift card worth €120, credited as store credit to the customer account. The credit is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner selection & notification

The winner will be selected within seven (7) days after the end of the relevant promotional period and notified by email.

Data protection

Personal data will be used solely to run and administer this promotion and will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Love to Dream™ Privacy Policy.

4. Clearance Items

Clearance items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
